Privacy notice
This notice describes how Mother Road Scoop Co. handles information submitted through this website.
What we collect and why
The quote form collects your name, email, phone, ZIP, number of dogs, preferred service, offer selection, cleanup timing, and optional address and notes. We use these details to respond to your request, check service availability, and arrange service. Please do not submit payment details, gate codes, or other sensitive information.
How information is handled
Quote requests are stored privately on our DreamHost hosting account and sent to the owner’s email inbox. DreamHost and our email provider process information to operate these services. We do not sell quote information or use it for advertising lists. Hosting logs may record your IP address, browser information, and page requests; the form uses a protected hash of your IP address to limit spam.
Retention and requests
Website quote records are removed after 90 days during routine cleanup. Email correspondence and customer-service records may be kept longer where needed for service, accounting, or resolving requests. Call or text (405) 256-8183 to request access, correction, or deletion of your quote information. We may need to verify your identity.
Texts
Text-message consent is optional and is collected separately in the form. If you opt in, we may text about your quote or service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts or contact us for help. You can request a quote without opting into texts.
Other website services
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives connection information such as your IP address. We do not currently use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this website.
